After arriving in Chengdu today, I first checked into the hotel I had reserved and took a short break. I'll have lunch in Kuanzhai Lane at noon and visit Wuhou Shrine in the afternoon to experience the long history. Experience the nightlife of Chengdu in Jinli at night.
There are many buses to all the attractions within Chengdu, which is very convenient. At present, most buses are ticketless, so please prepare some change. The fare for regular buses is 1 yuan, while for air-conditioned and luxury buses, it is 2 yuan. The journey from Kuanzhai Alley to Wuhou Shrine takes about 30 minutes by bus, get on at the Business Street entrance station and alight at the Wuhou Shrine station, then walk for about 80 meters to reach your destination.
Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli are famous food streets in Chengdu. Coming here, you won't have to worry about food and drinks. You can have a genuine Sichuan cuisine lunch at Kuanzhai Alley, and a spicy and numbing hotpot dinner at Jinli in the evening.
This is a must-visit spot for modern and lively shopping and dining in Chengdu! The high-rise buildings are adjacent to the ancient temple, Daci Temple, and the citywalk is crowded with popular photo spots. From international luxury goods to grocery stores and snack bars, it's bustling from morning till night, enjoying a great time of eating, drinking, shopping and taking photos! There are many subway and bus lines nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are many hotel options available, and you can choose from hotels of all prices.

Visit the Jinsha Site Museum in the morning and take a look at the cultural relics. In the afternoon, go to the famous Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Qingyang Palace. In the evening, head to Jiuyan Bridge to experience Chengdu's nightlife.
The Guanyin Baosuo Museum to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage requires a bus ride of about 30 minutes. Board the bus at the East Gate Station of the Guanyin Baosuo Museum and get off at Du Fu's Thatched Cottage Station. Walk for about 10 meters and you will reach the destination. It takes about 40 minutes to take a bus from Qingyang Temple to Jiuyanqiao, get on at Qingyang Temple station, and get off at Wangjiang Road station. Walk for 430 meters to reach the destination.
Enjoy the local most characteristic snacks near Du Fu's Thatched Cottage in the afternoon, and have a few drinks at Jiuyan Bridge to enjoy the night view in the evening.

In the morning, go to the Panda Base to play and have fun with the national treasures. It is recommended to bring some food to the Panda Base for lunch to fill your stomach first. The journey from Wen Shu Yuan to Chun Xi Road takes 30 minutes by bus. Get on at Wanfu Bridge Station and alight at the Zongfu Road Station.
It is recommended to bring some food to your panda base at noon to cushion your stomach first. In the afternoon, I went back to the vicinity of Wenshu Temple, where there were a lot of snacks and were cost-effective. You can have authentic Sichuan cuisine when you go to Chunxi Road in the evening.

Get up early and take a bus from Chengdu to the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain. After entering the scenic area, check in at the Tai 'an Ancient Town Inn, take a short rest and then start your tour. Starting from the ancient town of Tai 'an, one climbs up the mountain, passing through Wulong Valley, Longyin Gorge Plank Road and Youyi Village. Then, one takes the Baiyun Cableway to reach Wangyun Pavilion and returns to the ancient town of Tai 'an via Feiquan Valley. The entire route is relatively easy and includes many major scenic spots at the back of Qingcheng Mountain. There aren't many places to eat on the back of Qingcheng Mountain, and the prices are a bit high. It is recommended to bring some food and water for lunch.
There are intercity express trains from Chengdu North Railway Station to Qingcheng Mountain. Between 6:32 and 20:17 every day, 16 trains depart. The fare is 15 yuan per person and the journey takes about 40 minutes. After getting out of the station, you can take Bus No. 101 or 102 directly to the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain.
There aren't many places to eat on the mountain behind Qingcheng Mountain, and the prices are a bit high. It is recommended to bring some food and water for lunch. In the evening, when you return to Tai 'an Ancient Town, you can try the famous Chengdu snack, Heartbreak Cold Noodles, or have a bowl of spicy and hearty noodles. If the hotel where you stay has its own restaurant, you can also have meals there.
Taian Ancient Town is the starting point of the Hou Mountain Scenic Area, and it has always been an important town for material exchange in ancient times. Living here, you can experience the charm of the ancient town and taste local snacks such as preserved pork and tofu, which are typical of Sichuan cuisine.
