One of the highlights of Changfeng Park is its expansive artificial lake, Silver Hoe Lake, which covers an impressive 14.67 hectares. The lake, originally named Biluo Lake, was renamed to reflect the poetic imagery from Mao Zedong's poem. Surrounding the lake, you'll find lush greenery and beautifully landscaped gardens. Another must-see is the Iron Arm Hill, a man-made hill standing 26 meters tall. It offers a panoramic view of the park and is a great spot for photos.

Initially named West Shanghai Park, it was later renamed to its current title, inspired by a famous Chinese idiom about sailing through rough seas. The park was officially opened to the public in 1959 and has since been recognized as one of China's Top 100 Famous Gardens. In 2002, it was awarded the prestigious “Four-Star Park” status in Shanghai.
