It later changed owners: first to Mr. Ding Yushu, then to Mr. Chen Simin, a wealthy toothpaste factory owner. Today, the Chen family no longer lives here, leaving the villa empty but well-preserved. Wandering through its rooms, you’ll spot old-world details like wooden floors and arched windows that blend Chinese and Western styles.
