Xiamen Xinglin Bay Fishing Base sits on the south side of Xinglin Bay Reservoir in Jimei District, Xiamen. It’s connected to the Jixing Seawall and stretches east-west along the waterfront. The base is about a 30-minute drive from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport or Xiamen North Railway Station. You can take bus 954 to Jimei Street and then a short taxi ride, or rent a bike to explore the scenic route along the seawall.
